Job summary

International Decor Co. LLC in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Fit-Out Planning Lead to develop comprehensive project plans for complex commercial interiors.

You will align client expectations with timelines, coordinate with architects, designers and contractors, and drive milestones across all phases. The role requires PMP/Prince2, 7+ years in fit-out planning, English fluency, and mastery of Primavera P6 or MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 7+ years in fit-out project planning with proven delivery.
• PM certifications PMP or Prince2.
• Experience in large-scale commercial fit-out projects.
• Fluent English; other languages a plus.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Strong analytical skills to assess project data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
