Senior Construction Project Manager

Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai seeks an accomplished Senior Project Manager to lead overall planning, execution, monitoring and closeout of complex construction initiatives in the UAE. You will develop robust schedules, coordinate with planning, procurement, commercial, QA/QC, HSE and finance teams, and manage budgets, variations, and change orders.

We require 9–10 years of experience in medium to large-scale projects, a strong background in civil/architecture disciplines, and proficiency with Primavera P6,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• 9–10 years of relevant construction/project management experience.
• Proven experience managing medium to large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and project management principles.
• Strong experience in project planning, scheduling, cost control, procurement, and contract administration.
• Excellent contractor, subcontractor, client, and consultant management skills.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project, MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project reporting tools.
• PMP / PRINCE2 certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor contractor and subcontractor performance.
• Lead testing, commissioning, snagging, handover, and project closeout activities.
