Job summary

Qualifications

• Familiarity with local regulations and authority requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project schedules, baseline programs, and WBS for interior fit-out projects.
• Prepare project execution plans, resource-loaded schedules, procurement schedules, and material delivery plans.
• Monitor project progress against the approved baseline schedule and identify variances.
• Perform critical path analysis and recommend corrective actions to mitigate delays.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, procurement, design, and commercial teams to ensure alignment with project timelines.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, look-ahead schedules, dashboards, and recovery plans.
• Update project schedules based on actual site progress and approved changes.
• Monitor manpower, equipment, and material utilization to optimize project performance.
• Track procurement, fabrication, delivery, and installation activities to ensure timely completion.

The Planning Engineer – Interior Fit-Out is responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules for interior fit-out and refurbishment projects. The role ensures projects are completed on time by preparing detailed work programs, tracking progress, identifying delays, and coordinating with project teams to implement corrective actions. Requirements

• Knowledge of Power BI or project reporting tools is an advantage.
