Job summary
Caliberly is hiring a Planning Engineer in Dubai, UAE, for a reputed real estate development project. The candidate should have 6–10 years of experience, including a minimum of 3 years in UAE, with strong skills in Primavera P6, MS Project, Power BI, and advanced Excel.
The role involves developing baseline schedules from scratch, monitoring progress, and managing risks. UAE real estate sector experience with Tier‑1 contractors is highly preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related technical discipline.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Primavera P6 and MS Project, including baseline schedule creation.
- Proven experience in EOT claims, forensic delay analysis, and schedule recovery.
- Proficiency in Power BI and Advanced Excel.
- Experience with UAE real estate developers, consultants, or Tier-1 contractors preferred.
- Exposure to residential, luxury villa, mixed-use, or high-rise developments is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project baseline schedules from scratch using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Monitor project progress, critical paths, schedule deviations, and risks.
- Conduct delay analysis, review EOT claims, and develop recovery programmes.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, commercial, project management, and construction teams.
- Prepare management dashboards and progress reports using Power BI and Advanced Excel.
