Job summary

Planning Engineer in Dubai, UAE is seeking an experienced Planning Engineer to develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project. The role requires 3–5 years UAE experience and coordination with project teams.

The successful candidate will monitor progress, analyze delays, prepare recovery plans, and produce weekly/monthly reports, dashboards, and S-curves. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years UAE construction planning experience preferred.
• Strong UAE experience in construction planning, project scheduling, progress monitoring, delay analysis, and recovery planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
• Prepare baseline schedules, WBS, and project milestones.
• Monitor actual progress against planned schedules and analyze variances.
• Prepare recovery plans and revised schedules when required.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Procurement teams, and subcontractors.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and S-curves.
• Review subcontractor schedules and integrate them into the master schedule.
• Support EOT claims and delay analysis.
