Job summary

Confidential Company is seeking an experienced Planning & Scheduling professional in the UAE to lead project planning efforts across construction, real estate and infrastructure sectors. You will develop, monitor and update project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project, ensuring alignment with budgets and timelines.

The role requires 10–15 years of experience, a civil/mechanical engineering degree, and strong CPM knowledge.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in civil / mechanical engineering.
10–15 years of experience in planning and scheduling within construction, real estate, or infrastructure sectors.
Strong knowledge of CPM and resource leveling.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project and planning software.

Responsibilities

Develop, monitor and update baseline schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
Integrate planning with cost control, procurement and execution teams to drive efficiency.
Track progress against schedules and identify potential delays or risks.
Prepare recovery schedules, mitigation plans and updated forecasts when deviations occur.
Support planning manager in liaising with consultants, contractors and client representatives.
Maintain accurate planning documentation and ensure compliance with company standards.
