Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Primavera P6 and MS Project, including baseline schedule creation.
• Proven experience in EOT claims, forensic delay analysis, and schedule recovery.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Advanced Excel.
• Experience with UAE real estate developers, consultants, or Tier-1 contractors preferred.
• Exposure to residential, luxury villa, mixed-use, or high-rise developments is advantageous.

Experience:

6–10 years, including a minimum of 3 years of UAE experience

Salary:

Up to AED 18,000–23,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project baseline schedules from scratch using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Monitor project progress, critical paths, schedule deviations, and project risks.
• Conduct delay analysis, review Extension of Time (EOT) claims, and develop recovery programmes.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, commercial, project management, and construction teams.
• Prepare management dashboards and progress reports using Power BI and Advanced Excel.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Strong hands‑on expertise in Primavera P6 and MS Project, including original baseline schedule creation.
