Caliberly in Dubai, UAE is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Civil to lead planning, execution, and delivery of civil construction for premium real-estate developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 8–12 years of experience in civil project management within real-estate or construction industries.
• Proven experience managing large-scale residential or commercial developments.
• UAE project experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets for civil works. Oversee end-to-end execution of civil construction activities. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Monitor progress and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Supervise site activities and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site teams. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality and progress. Resolve site-related issues and manage project risks effectively.
• Manage contracts, subcontractors, and vendor relationships. Review and approve technical submittals, variations, and claims. Negotiate contract terms and ensure alignment with project objectives. Monitor contractor performance and ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure all civil works comply with local regulations and industry standards. Implement quality assurance and quality control processes. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards. Address non-conformities and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Monitor project budgets and control costs effectively. Track project expenditures, variations, and financial performance. Prepare cost reports and forecasts. Ensure efficient utilization of resources.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities. Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Ensure effective communication and alignment across all parties. Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare project reports, progress updates, and performance metrics. Maintain accurate documentation of project activities. Track milestones, risks, and deliverables. Ensure proper documentation for audits and project handover.
