Job summary

See & Recruit seeks an experienced Planning Engineer to lead planning and project controls across the full project lifecycle in the UAE real estate sector. The role requires delivering integrated master schedules, progress monitoring, and executive reporting for development, construction, and handover phases.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree with 6-10 years in planning, familiar with Primavera P6/MS Project, Power BI and advanced Excel, and has knowledge of Dubai regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 6-10 years' experience in Planning & Project Controls.
• Experience working with a UAE Real Estate Developer.
• Experience in Residential, Mixed-Use, Villa & High-Rise Developments.
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, Power BI & Advanced Excel.
• Understanding of Dubai Authority Approvals & Development Processes.
• PMP / RICS / AACE / NICMAR qualifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create integrated master plans using Primavera P6/MS Project.
• Oversee project controls, progress monitoring and executive reporting.
• Lead pre-development planning, feasibility, and development programs.
• Manage authority approvals and regulatory tracking.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across departments.
• Forecast cash flow and assist with commercial planning.
• Produce Power BI dashboards and digital reporting initiatives.
• Lead EOT reviews, delay analysis and recovery planning.
• Provide client/investor progress updates and reporting.
• Support sales and marketing launch readiness initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory requirements.
