You will drive sales targets, coach representatives, monitor KPIs, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure order fulfilment and timely collections while developing talent and market

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience in UAE.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage sales teams and develop business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Representatives to hit targets.
• Identify growth opportunities, expand relationships, and support new products.
• Monitor KPIs, coverage, pipeline, forecasts, and territory performance.
• Build relationships with pharmacy chains, hospitals, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct regular field visits, coaching, evaluations, and team meetings.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer needs.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure order fulfilment and satisfaction.
• Monitor collections and support timely payments per company policies.
• Support recruitment and professional development of team members.
