Job summary
Pharmalink in the UAE seeks experienced Field Force Supervisors and Field Force Managers to lead high-performing pharmaceutical sales teams across the UAE, drive strong field execution and support continued business growth.
You will coach, develop and manage field teams, ensure territory coverage, support product launches and build relationships with KOLs and healthcare professionals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–5 years of leadership or management experience in UAE pharma.
- Proven experience managing and developing field sales teams.
- Strong knowledge of UAE pharmaceutical and healthcare market.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and motivate field force teams to meet sales objectives.
- Translate strategy into field execution and provide feedback to management.
- Monitor field activities to ensure targets and performance.
- Coach on product knowledge, selling skills, and customer engagement.
- Ensure proper customer coverage per call plans and territory goals.
- Analyze market potential and provide feedback to management.
- Support product launches, conferences and other commercial activities.
- Maintain accurate customer data and identify new business opportunities.
- Build relationships with KOLs and healthcare professionals.
- Ensure ROI of major commercial activities.
- Identify team development needs and provide ongoing coaching and support.
