Pharmalink in the UAE seeks experienced Field Force Supervisors and Field Force Managers to lead high-performing pharmaceutical sales teams across the UAE, drive strong field execution and support continued business growth.

You will coach, develop and manage field teams, ensure territory coverage, support product launches and build relationships with KOLs and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–5 years of leadership or management experience in UAE pharma.
  • Proven experience managing and developing field sales teams.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE pharmaceutical and healthcare market.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and motivate field force teams to meet sales objectives.

  • Monitor field activities to ensure targets and performance.
  • Coach on product knowledge, selling skills, and customer engagement.

  • Maintain accurate customer data and identify new business opportunities.
  • Build relationships with KOLs and healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure ROI of major commercial activities.
  • Identify team development needs and provide ongoing coaching and support.

Job description

We are looking for experienced Field Force Supervisors and Field Force Managers to lead high-performing pharmaceutical sales teams across the UAE, drive strong field execution, and support continued business growth.

Main Job Scope
  • Lead, coach and motivate field force teams to achieve assigned sales and performance objectives.
  • Translate company strategy into effective field execution and provide management with relevant market and field feedback to support business decisions.
Job Responsibilities
  • Monitor field force activities within assigned territories to ensure achievement of sales targets and agreed performance objectives.
  • Coach and develop field team members on product knowledge, selling skills, customer engagement and field execution.
  • Ensure proper customer coverage in line with approved call plans and territory objectives.
  • Maintain accurate and updated customer information and identify potential new customers and business opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Analyze business potential, market performance and customer opportunities and provide relevant feedback to management.
  • Contribute market insights, recommendations and field feedback to Sales and Marketing teams to support business planning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, healthcare professionals and key customers.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Support meetings and engagement activities with KOLs and key customers within assigned territories.
  • Work closely with Product Management and Marketing to support product launches, conferences, standalone meetings and other commercial activities.
  • Ensure approved marketing and product messages are communicated accurately and consistently by the field team.
  • Monitor market and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and recommend appropriate action plans.
  • Support customer segmentation, targeting and territory planning to maximize market potential.
  • Monitor the effectiveness and ROI of major commercial activities and events.
  • Identify team development needs and provide ongoing coaching and support to improve individual and overall team performance.

Job Location: UAE – covering assigned territories across the UAE

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related scientific discipline.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a similar field leadership, supervisory or management role within the UAE pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven experience managing and developing field sales teams.
  • Strong knowledge of the UAE pharmaceutical and healthcare market.
  • Valid UAE Driving License.
  • Flexibility to cover different territories across the UAE.
  • Bilingual – Arabic and English.
  • Strong leadership, communication and relationship-building skills.
