• One year of managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality pastry items following brand recipes and standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and HACCP guidelines.
• Train and mentor pastry team in techniques and hygiene standards.
• Monitor monthly inventory and manage wastage to control costs.
• Oversee raw materials, production processes, and expiry dates of imported products.
• Deliver daily pastry products to shops as required and per guidelines.
• Develop and research new pastry items aligned with brand targets and sales goals.
