Job summary

Azadea Group is seeking a Pastry Commis in the United Arab Emirates. You will be responsible for promptly preparing pastry items under supervision, adhering to quality, hygiene, and presentation standards. The role involves supporting the pastry department’s opening/closing procedures and assisting with stock and distribution to outlets.

Qualifications include a high school degree and 0–1 year of experience in F&B or a related role. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality pastry items following established recipes and HACCP standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstation and equipment.
• Assist in stock management and receiving goods as needed.
• Ensure proper labeling with production and expiry dates; monitor waste.
• Follow safety procedures and report incidents to management.
• Provide product knowledge and address inquiries from outlets as needed.
