Azadea Group is seeking a Pastry Chef to oversee our pastry production across stores in the region, ensuring high-quality items and adherence to brand recipes. You will lead the pastry team and maintain strict safety and hygiene standards.

The role requires 4–6 years in F&B operations, at least 1 year in a managerial position, and a Technical degree in Hospitality Management. Fluent English is essential; Arabic is a plus. HACCP compliance and cost control are part of daily duties.

Formación

• Fluency in English.
• Arabic fluency a plus.
• Four to six years of experience in F&B operations or a similar role.
• One year of managerial experience.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare high-quality pastry items and adhere to brand-specific recipes.
• Implement safety procedures, maintain laboratory security, and report irregularities.
• Train team members in pastry techniques and hygiene standards.
• Control monthly inventory and address discrepancies.
• Oversee raw materials, monitor expiry dates, and manage abnormalities.
• Minimize waste and implement actions to meet forecasted food costs.
• Ensure HACCP compliance and manage related reports.
• Plan, research, and introduce new brand product aspects to meet sales targets.
