Job summary

The role requires 4–6 years in F&B operations, at least 1 year in a managerial position, and a Technical degree in Hospitality Management. Fluent English is essential; Arabic is a plus. HACCP compliance and cost control are part of daily duties.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Control monthly inventory and address discrepancies.
• Oversee raw materials, monitor expiry dates, and manage abnormalities.
• Minimize waste and implement actions to meet forecasted food costs.
• Ensure HACCP compliance and manage related reports.
• Plan, research, and introduce new brand product aspects to meet sales targets.
