Azure Dine & Hire, a high-end bakery in Abu Dhabi, seeks an Experienced Pastry Chef to lead the pastry team and craft a variety of desserts. You will create new items with the Head Chef, ensure consistent quality, and drive presentation standards in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements include a minimum of 3 years in a professional kitchen, strong leadership, and fluency in English. A culinary degree or certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of pastry chef experience in a professional kitchen.
• Culinary degree or certification preferred.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills would be an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and create pastries, desserts, and sweet treats per recipes or Head Chef guidance.
• Develop new menu items based on seasonal ingredients or customer requests.
• Train and supervise junior pastry chefs and assistants to ensure high-quality products.
• Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies and keep stock levels.
• Ensure all food safety standards are followed in preparation and storage.
• Keep work area clean and organized at all times.
• Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
