Job summary

Azadea Group’s Paul Café in Dubai seeks a Pastry Commis to support the pastry department with timely preparation, accuracy, and hygiene. The role requires fluent English, with Arabic a plus, and a high school degree. Experience in F&B is preferred but not required.

You will follow recipes, maintain par levels, assist in opening/closing, and ensure product quality. This position is based in Dubai, UAE, with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English.
• Arabic language skills are a plus.
• High school degree required.
• 0–1 year of experience in F&B operations or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pastry items following recipes, HACCP standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Assist in opening/closing of pastry department and manage stock reception.
• Ensure workstation sanitation and proper handling of knives and utensils.
• Monitor shelf life, label products, and report waste figures as needed.
• Maintain product knowledge to answer inquiries and provide insights.
