Job summary

AZADEA Group is seeking a Pastry Commis in Dubai to support the pastry department by promptly preparing pastry items under supervision, ensuring quality, hygiene, and presentation. You will follow recipes, assist with stock, and maintain HACCP standards across shifts.

English fluency is required, and Arabic is a plus. A high school degree and 0–1 year in F&B operations or similar roles are expected, with focus on customer service and safety procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English required.
• Arabic language is a plus.
• 0–1 year in F&B operations or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• At shift start, ensure par levels and initiate orders for items.
• Participate in opening/closing pastry station procedures and stock receiving.
• Prepare pastry items per recipes, HACCP standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Distribute prepared orders to outlets as required.
• Maintain workstation sanitation, sharpen knives, and clean utensils.
• Follow safety rules, report incidents to management.
• Check shelf life, label production/expiry dates, monitor waste.
• Maintain product knowledge to address inquiries as needed.
