Job summary

Hire Rightt - Executive Search & HR Advisory in Dubai seeks a commercially driven Senior Engagement Manager to lead and grow Loyalty, Gift Cards and Payments partnerships across the MENA region.

You will work closely with the Head of Partnerships to deliver revenue growth, strengthen partner engagement, and drive the loyalty ecosystem through data-led strategies, innovative campaigns, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in Partnerships Management, Business Development, or Key Account Management.
• Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and driving partner engagement.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to build ROI models and influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of high-value partnerships across MENA, driving retention, growth, and profitability.
• Lead revenue delivery through loyalty collaborations, campaigns, and cross-selling.
• Develop Earn/Burn campaigns and measure ROI.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with data-driven insights to demonstrate value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for campaigns, contracts, and integrations.
