Deriv is seeking a senior business development executive to drive partnerships in Uzbekistan. You will recruit IBs, affiliates, and fintech partners, own the full portfolio lifecycle from onboarding to revenue, and negotiate deal structures with a strong understanding of unit economics.

Strong Uzbek market knowledge and AI-enabled workflow experience are essential. You will engage with Compliance on KYC and represent Deriv at events, helping to unlock complex accounts while mentoring teammates.

Formación

• At least 3 years in business development, partnerships, or sales within online trading or fintech ecosystems.
• Ability to spot bad deal structures in IB/affiliate ecosystems.
• Proven track record closing deals and bringing partnerships to fruition.
• Daily use of AI tools; provide precise feedback when systems misalign with partner behavior.
• Knowledge of the Uzbek market and active professional network.
• Fluency in English and Uzbek; Russian is strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit and grow high value partners including IBs, affiliates, and fintech partners across Uzbekistan.
• Own end-to-end portfolio lifecycle from onboarding to revenue performance.
• Negotiate commission structures, targets, and partner agreements with strong unit-economics rationale.
• Perform due diligence and assist Compliance on KYC for new partners.
• Collaborate with product/engineering to improve onboarding and lifecycle workflows using AI-enabled systems.
• Mentor junior team members in partner reading and deal structuring.
• Represent Deriv at conferences and partner events to open doors.
