Job summary
Deriv is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to build and grow high-value partner networks across PALOP and Lusophone Africa from Dubai, UAE. You will recruit IBs and affiliates, own the lifecycle from onboarding to revenue, and shape deal structures that drive sustainable volume.
You will work with AI-enabled tools to streamline partner operations, research prospects, and accelerate onboarding, while representing Deriv at major regional events.
Qualifications
- You have early-career experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or a commercial support function.
- Ideally within online trading, FX/CFD, fintech, or a performance-driven digital ecosystem.
- You combine commercial drive with operational follow-through and can build partnerships across cultures and markets.
Responsibilities
- Partner acquisition and recruitment across PALOP and Lusophone Africa.
- Portfolio activation from onboarding to revenue performance and ongoing optimization.
- Commercial deal support, negotiating commission structures and targets.
- AI-enabled operational contribution using AI tools to speed onboarding and track performance.
- Represent Deriv at industry events and conferences to grow the partner ecosystem.
