Deriv, based in Dubai's Business Bay, seeks a Senior Banking Administrative Executive to expand, optimize and maintain our global banking and partner relationships.

You will apply commercial judgment, strong relationship management and AI-powered automation to drive efficiency and protect Deriv’s assets.

This role covers bank negotiations, KYB, audits, onboarding and coordinating with internal tech teams to streamline workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years in banking operations, payments, or corporate banking administration.
• Comfort with AI-driven productivity tools and digital workflows.
• Strong negotiation and commercial skills in reviewing financial terms.
• Excellent organization, detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and spoken English and ability to engage with executives.

Responsabilités

• Process & Automation: Review everyday banking procedures to identify bottlenecks and improve via internal tools.
• Banking Networks: Research new banking and payment partners to expand our infra.
• Partner Relations: Serve as a main contact for banks with clear communication.
• Contract Negotiation: Review and negotiate commercial terms with banks.
• Onboarding & Compliance: Complete bank applications and maintain KYB docs.
• Documentation & Data Management: Organize banking agreements, track renewals and accounts.
• Issue Resolution: Monitor operations and address delays or issues promptly.
• Audits & Special Projects: Support audits and assist with special projects.
