Deriv.com is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive for the CIS region, based in Dubai. The role focuses on recruiting high-value IBs, affiliates, and fintech partners, and owning their end-to-end lifecycle from onboarding to revenue generation.

You will negotiate deals with solid unit economics, perform KYC due diligence, and collaborate with product and engineering to close workflow gaps identified by AI-enabled systems. Fluency in English and Uzbek is essential.

Formación

• At least three years in business development, partnerships, or sales in online trading or fintech.
• Proven ability to close deals and structure favorable partner agreements.
• Experience with AI-enabled onboarding and lifecycle systems is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Uzbek market and CIS regional dynamics.
• Fluency in English and Uzbek; Russian preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit and grow high value IBs, affiliates, and fintech partners across Uzbekistan.
• Own full lifecycle for a large, complex portfolio from onboarding to revenue performance.
• Negotiate commissions, targets, and support agreements with solid unit economics.
• Perform KYC and due diligence with Compliance for new partners.
• Collaborate with product/engineering to fix workflow gaps identified via AI-enabled systems.
• Mentor newer team members and represent Deriv at events and conferences.
