Masterpiece Property seeks a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist in Abu Dhabi to independently manage paid campaigns and understand the tech behind lead generation. You will connect Meta, Google, WhatsApp, landing pages, and CRM to ensure leads are generated, tracked, delivered and measured.

The role requires strong experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and CRM integrations, plus knowledge of Pixel, CAPI, GA4, and GTM. Real estate brokerage experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on digital marketing / performance marketing experience.
• Strong practical experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• In-depth understanding of Meta Business Portfolio / Business Suite and digital asset permissions.
• In-depth understanding of CRM integrations, lead flow, lead routing, and source attribution.
• In-depth understanding of WhatsApp Business Platform/API, templates, broadcast communication, and Meta policies.
• Good working knowledge of Meta Pixel, CAPI, GA4, and GTM.
• Experience with APIs, webhooks, and third‑party integrations; coding not required.
• Ability to troubleshoot lead-delivery, tracking, account-access, and integration issues.
• Real estate brokerage experience is strongly preferred.
• Execution-focused and comfortable working hands-on without relying on a large team.

Responsabilités

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Search and Performance Max.
• Manage lead-generation performance focusing on lead quality, CPL, conversion rate, and ROI.
• Manage Meta Business Portfolio / Business Suite, ad accounts, pages, Pixels, permissions, and related digital assets.
• Maintain a strong technical understanding of CRM integrations and the flow of leads into the CRM.
• Work with the CRM Administrator on lead routing, source tracking, integrations, automations, and data-flow issues.
• Manage and troubleshoot WhatsApp Business Platform/API, templates, broadcast workflows, permissions, and platform compliance.
• Apply WhatsApp and Meta policies and best practices to reduce account restrictions and disruption.
• Implement and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, and conversion tracking.
• Monitor integrations between advertising platforms, landing pages, WhatsApp, and CRM systems; identify lead delivery or tracking breaks.
• Maintain proper company ownership, access controls, permissions, and security for digital assets.
• Prepare clear performance reporting covering spend, leads, CPL, lead quality, conversion, and source attribution.
• Coordinate with technical, CRM, web, or agency resources when development support is required.
