Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a remote-first role based in the United Arab Emirates. You will drive requirements, design platform configurations for Sure Commercial, and ensure end-to-end insurance lifecycle support from submissions to renewals.

You will work with underwriters, stakeholders, and engineers to translate complex insurance needs into practical solutions, manage workshops, and contribute to agile delivery in a distributed environment.

Qualifications

• At least eight years of business analysis experience, including substantial hands‑on experience in Commercial Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance.
• MGA domain knowledge with delegated underwriting and full insurance lifecycle understanding.
• Experience with managing stakeholder workshops, requirements documentation, and agile delivery.
• Experience supporting insurance platform implementations, SIT/UAT, and data integration.

Responsibilities

• Engage with MGA stakeholders, underwriters, and business teams to gather and document requirements for platform implementation.
• Translate requirements into platform configurations, user stories, and functional specs.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend configurations or integrations.
• Define requirements across the commercial insurance lifecycle from underwriting to renewals.
• Design broker submission workflows and end‑to‑end submission-to-bind processes.
• Plan and support system integrations with rating engines, carriers, brokers, and downstream systems.
• Support SIT/UAT, develop test scenarios, and coordinate business sign-off.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with product owners, architects, developers, and QA teams.
• Maintain clear, traceable documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
