With 10+ years in insurance BA roles and strong agile experience, you will lead change management, analyze impacts, and guide cross-functional teams to successful delivery as part of a dynamic digital transformation program in the UAE.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Insurance domain.
• Strong experience in Insurance Digital Transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of Insurance processes, products and workflows.
• Experience in BRD, FRD, Functional Requirements and User Stories.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in Change Management and Impact Assessment.
• Willingness to relocate to UAE.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams to identify opportunities for digital transformation and process improvement within the insurance domain.
• Analyze existing systems, processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks and improvement areas.
• Gather, analyse and document business requirements for digital solutions.
• Develop business requirements, functional specifications and user stories aligned with business objectives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, Product Owners and development teams to drive project implementation.
• Lead change management activities for digital transformation initiatives.
• Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analysis.
• Develop communication plans, training materials and workshops to support change adoption.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of transformation initiatives.
• Champion Agile/Scrum methodologies and promote continuous improvement.
• Facilitate workshops, discussions and stakeholder meetings.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and development teams to prioritize and refine user stories.
• Drive retrospectives, feedback sessions and continuous Agile process improvements.
