Job summary

UL Research seeks a Senior Bancassurance Specialist to lead bancassurance relationships and drive insurance product distribution through banking channels. The role oversees partner coordination, sales performance, product implementation, compliance, and customer service while ensuring UAE banking and insurance regulations are followed.

This is a fully remote, full-time position based in the United Arab Emirates.

Qualifications

Experience in bancassurance or insurance distribution with banks or financial institutions.
Strong knowledge of UAE insurance regulations and banking requirements.
Proven ability to manage partner relationships and report on sales performance.

Responsibilities

Manage bancassurance relationships with banking partners and insurers.
Coordinate distribution of insurance products through approved banking channels.
Develop and implement bancassurance strategies and sales plans.
Monitor sales performance, premium production, and growth against targets.
Ensure compliance with UAE insurance and banking regulations and internal policies.
Support customer onboarding, policy issuance, renewals, and service requests.
Prepare management reports on sales results and compliance indicators.
Collaborate with underwriting, claims, operations, and customer service teams.
