Job summary

Orient Insurance in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a Business Analyst - Life Insurance to support business transformation and technology initiatives. You will translate business needs into structured requirements, coordinate with operations, technology teams, and external vendors, and drive life insurance transformation projects.

The role requires 7–10 years in business analysis with at least 5 years in Life Insurance, strong domain knowledge, and experience across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of Business Analysis experience, with at least 5 years in Life Insurance.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• Experience with Policy Administration Systems preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Exposure to API integrations and core insurance ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into clear and structured requirements.
• Develop Business Requirement Documents and Functional Requirement Specifications.
• Develop User Stories, process flows, process maps, and use cases.
• Maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with operations, technology teams, and external vendors throughout solution delivery.
• Support testing and business readiness activities.
