Jobgether is seeking a Senior Consultant AI/ML based in the United Arab Emirates. This fully remote contract role focuses on designing and delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions, with emphasis on agentic AI and healthcare claims automation.

You will advise stakeholders, translate business challenges into scalable AI systems, and lead cross-functional teams to produce production-ready results. You will guide architecture, data flow, and deployment strategies, collaborating with data scientists,

Qualifications

• Over 10 years delivering technology programs with 5+ years in AI/ML at enterprise scale.
• Proven track record leading complex AI/ML initiatives from strategy to deployment.
• Expertise in agentic AI patterns and multi-agent orchestration.

Responsabilités

• Define and own the end-to-end AI/ML solution roadmap for healthcare claims automation.
• Lead customer workshops and discovery to identify high-value AI use cases.
• Design scalable AI/ML architectures for claims intake, eligibility, coding, adjudication, and payments.
• Lead end-to-end delivery, including planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Architect AI systems using AWS Bedrock AgentCore and related services.
• Develop retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures with knowledge bases and vector stores.
• Guide model development, validation, deployment, and maintenance across lifecycle.
• Establish AI/MLOps pipelines with monitoring, retraining, and drift detection.
• Implement observability, tracing, and performance optimization for agentic systems.
