Job summary

Prypco is seeking an experienced Finance Operations professional in the United Arab Emirates to own the end-to-end invoicing cycle, oversee reconciliations, and manage commissions and payables. The role requires strong Excel/Sheets skills, CRM familiarity, and a track record of process improvements.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years in operations or finance operations, excellent English communication, and the ability to drive reliable data reporting across departments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in operations, finance operations or blended role.
• Practical financial operations experience incl. invoicing, reconciliations, collections or commissions.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills (pivot, lookups, logic) and working models.
• Hands-on CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
• Strong written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end invoicing cycle, tracking invoices and ageing, ensuring timely payments.
• Run monthly reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Process agent and partner commissions, verify with agreements.
• Manage supplier/payables, validate docs and approvals.
• Coordinate defined operational processes, SLAs and handoffs between teams.
• Maintain CRM and trackers data quality for trustworthy reporting.
• Handle escalated client issues and drive to resolution.
