Job summary

Analog seeks a Finance Operations Specialist to design, run, and improve the systems that keep money moving smoothly. You will own P2P, O2C, treasury, and reporting workflows, partnering with procurement, people, and project teams to detect leakage and drive fixes.

You will manage banking, cash flow forecasting, working capital, and system integrity while ensuring compliance and data accuracy across finance platforms. UAE VAT and WPS experience is valuable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3–6 years in finance operations, shared services, or similar hands-on roles.
• Experience in the UAE or GCC with UAE VAT, corporate tax, and WPS.

Responsibilities

• Own P2P and O2C cycles end to end, from requisition to invoicing, payment and collections.
• Design, document and improve finance processes, approvals, and internal controls.
• Maintain supplier/customer master data and governance of payment terms.
• Identify bottlenecks and automate or redesign manual finance workflows.
