Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Financial Operations Manager for a Dubai-based Single Family Office. The role oversees day-to-day financial operations across multiple entities, including treasury, banking, payroll, reconciliations, compliance, reporting and investment operations in a fast-paced proprietary environment.

The candidate should have 5+ years in finance roles, UAE experience with WPS payroll, and qualifications such as ACCA/CA/CPA/CFA are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full invoice lifecycle including collection, verification, approvals, payments and filing.

• Run monthly payroll, WPS submissions and employee reimbursements.
• Prepare monthly financial information for external accountants and support VAT/tax compliance.

Description

Manage the full invoice lifecycle including collection, verification, approvals, payments and filingOversee recurring payments, critical bills and cash funding requirementsExecute domestic and international bank transfers and treasury activitiesMonitor balances across multiple UAE and international bank accountsManage corporate card programmes, expense tracking and statement reviewsHandle banking relationships, KYC requests and account opening processesRun monthly payroll, WPS submissions and employee reimbursementsMaintain payroll, bonus and compensation recordsPrepare monthly financial information for external accountantsPerform bank, card and broker reconciliations and resolve discrepanciesReview financial reports and statements prepared by external accountantsSupport VAT, corporate tax and wider compliance requirementsCoordinate with external auditors, accountants and tax advisorsSupport brokerage account administration and funding activitiesAssist with corporate documentation, board resolutions and record keepingManage financial reporting and cash tracking across multiple entitiesSupport private wealth and banking relationship activitiesConduct occasional in-person banking and administrative tasks as required

Profile

5+ years of professional experience in finance, accounting, treasury or financial operationsUAE-based with strong knowledge of local banking practices and WPS payrollProven experience managing payments, invoices and bank reconciliationsExperience dealing directly with banks and external financial service providersStrong understanding of treasury, cash management and financial controlsExposure to VAT, tax compliance, audits and regulatory requirementsExperience supporting multiple entities and complex financial operationsProfessional qualification such as ACCA, CA, CPA or CFA preferredStrong Excel and spreadsheet skillsExceptional attention to detail and accuracyHighly organised with strong follow-through and execution capabilityAble to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsHigh levels of confidentiality, ownership and accountability
