Job summary

Intelligent Solutions HR is seeking an Operations Specialist in Dubai, UAE for an entry- to mid-level role focused on premium reporting, reconciliations, and data-driven processes. The candidate will work with Excel-based tools, support remittance activities, and ensure data quality across multiple accounts.

The ideal candidate holds a Finance/Accounting-related bachelor’s degree, 1–2 years of insurance operations experience, and strong Excel skills including advanced formulas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a relevant discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in operations, preferably within the insurance sector.
• Strong command of Advanced Excel, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, formulas, and large datasets.
• Experience in reconciliation, remittance, collections, or reporting is preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Emirati with Family Book – mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Support premium reporting and reconciliation activities across multiple accounts.
• Review and process collections, bank statements, wire transfers, and premium uploads.
• Perform monthly reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
• Maintain and troubleshoot macro-enabled Excel tools used for reporting.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and bank relationship managers to resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor data quality and ensure adherence to internal processes and timelines.
• Identify and escalates errors or discrepancies and support timely resolution.
