Job summary

Responsibilities

Review material requisitions and plan purchase activities coordinating with suppliers, contractors and consultants to receive tenders and quotations.
Coordinate with relevant departments to approve evaluated suppliers and contracts to meet procurement requirements.
Liaise with suppliers for adjustments, replacements of material not conforming to specifications, and cancellations for credit notes.
Ensure all customs clearance documentation, insurances and calibration certifications are processed to meet regulatory requirements.
Assist in preparing periodical reports to support timely decision making by management.
