Job summary

Worley is seeking a senior PMC Engineering lead in the Abu Dhabi area to oversee the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction phases for large-scale projects. You will manage day-to-day activities, ensure team competence, and coordinate between multi-disciplinary groups to meet contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• Minimum 15+ years of relevant Oil & Gas or Petrochemical experience.
• Experience in FEED & EPC projects is required.
• Experience in PMC roles and offshore/upstream projects is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead PMC Engineering group and supervise contractors during EPC/PMC phases.
• Ensure engineering personnel are competent for their scope.
• Develop and implement engineering processes and systems.
• Coordinate interfaces between piping, mechanical, structural, E&I disciplines.
• Conduct design reviews, ensure constructability and operability.
