Top Notch Consultancy in Dubai is seeking a Sea Freight Senior Sales Executive with a proven ocean freight background to identify and close new opportunities. You will use a consultative selling approach to qualify leads and drive sales with both new and existing customers.

The role demands meeting targets, handling complex negotiations with senior executives, building long-term relationships, and generating strong GP.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of OceanFreight forwarding sales experience.
• Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.
• Proven track record of over-achieving targets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Create business from new and existing customer accounts.
• Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives.
• Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.
• Generate a GP of 3x CTC.
• Calculations, creation and coordination of offers.
• Analysis of market and identification of customer needs.
