Job summary

Duncan & Ross is seeking an experienced HR operations professional to manage end-to-end UAE to KSA transfers for senior staff. You will coordinate with the Dubai HR Services team to set timelines, monitor progress, and resolve document gaps with timely, discreet updates to partners and employees.

The role requires strong English, 3–6 years in HR operations or mobility, and a UAE residence with work rights. Proficiency in Excel and HR systems (Workday/SAP SuccessFactors) is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, business or related field.
• 3–6 years in HR operations, HR services or mobility, ideally in professional services.
• Manages several cases at once under tight deadlines.
• Strong English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Confident with Excel, case-tracking tools and HR systems (Workday or SAP SuccessFactors).
• Based in the UAE with the right to work there.

Responsibilities

• Own each transfer from approval to the employee start in KSA.
• Run UAE to KSA transfers of senior staff end to end.
• Coordinate UAE exit and KSA entry steps with Payroll Finance Legal and providers.
• Work with the HR Services team in Dubai to agree timelines and keep cases moving.
• Check documents, spot gaps early and use judgement when deadlines hit.
• Update partners and employees clearly with discretion and the right tone.
• Track every case and escalate risks before they cause delays.
