Job summary

Ounass in Dubai is seeking a Senior Merchandising Administration Assistant to provide essential admin and operational support to the Merchandising team. You will manage product, PO and inventory data across systems, ensuring accuracy from order placement to delivery and online launch.

The role requires 3–5 years in merchandising administration, strong Excel and ERP skills, and excellent attention to detail. Luxury retail experience is a plus, with a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of merchandising administration or equivalent experience.
• Experience with purchase orders, inventory data and ERP systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluency in English; luxury retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain product, purchase-order and inventory data across systems.
• Prepare and update purchase orders with accurate details.
• Coordinate with Buyers, Merchandisers and Planners for status updates.
• Follow up with suppliers on orders, shipments and invoices.
• Support reconciliation of POs, deliveries and inventory records.
• Prepare weekly stock reports and order summaries.
• Ensure product information is accurate for online launches.
