Job summary

Al Tayer Group in Dubai is seeking a Merchandising Administration Assistant to support the team with administrative tasks and to contribute to the merchandise process. The role drives performance against sales and margin targets by ensuring accurate records and timely order processing.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years in fashion/luxury retail buying/planning, with strong Excel/MS Office skills and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Minimum 2 years in buying merchandise/planning.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records, files and databases accurately and timely.
• Create new items and purchase orders; update cost and retail changes.
• Enter seasonal orders and provide order overviews and summaries.
• Validate order confirmations against invoices and orders.
• Manage product hierarchy and data enrichment.
• Coordinate shipments with logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
• Prepare weekly shipped/delivery reports and flag risks.
