Khansaheb Group Dubai seeks a Senior FM Supervisor to coordinate and assist tradesmen for day-to-day site maintenance, ensuring all MEP works meet specifications and the project manual.

You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, manage CAFM-based inventory and reporting, and uphold safety standards to deliver quality work on schedule.

Applicants should have a Diploma/ITI in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, 5+ years in FM, IOSH Supervising Safely, and strong English communication.

Competenze

• Diploma/ITI in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 5+ years FM experience.
• IOSH Supervising Safely or equivalent.
• At least 4 years' experience in a supervisory role.
• Good knowledge of FM services (hard and soft).
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.

Mansioni

• Daily Operations Management: Ensure consistent PM and reactive maintenance of MEP assets; testing and commissioning of systems.
• Resource Management: Allocate personnel, equipment, and supplies; manage CAFM inventory and reports.
• Safety & Compliance: Plan work, ensure safe practices, supervise and monitor MEP activities for safety.
• MEP Maintenance: Conduct regular audits and ensure timely reporting and resolution of issues toward the PPM schedule.
• Customer Satisfaction & Quality Control: Liaise with clients to meet specs and maintain high satisfaction; address deficiencies per quality procedures.
