Job summary

Khansaheb Group is seeking a Senior MEP Supervisor in Dubai to coordinate and oversee maintenance across mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. You will lead tradespeople on site, ensure adherence to project standards, safety rules, and CAFM documentation, and drive timely completion of assigned tasks.

The role requires 8 years of FM experience with at least 4 years in a supervisory capacity. Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus for client interactions.

Qualifications

• 8 years' experience in the FM field and related maintenance roles.
• Minimum 4 years in a Supervisory role ensuring compliant delivery of tasks.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus for site coordination.
• A Mechanical or Electrical Diploma/ITI with IOSH safety certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist tradesmen/workers for daily site maintenance tasks.
• Oversee MEP maintenance, testing, and commissioning per specs and PM manual.
• Plan safe work systems and lead by example in safety compliance.
• Manage CAFM records, inventory, and reporting on maintenance activities.
• Liaise with clients/representatives to satisfy MEP PPM and reactive work.
