Job summary

Khansaheb Group in Dubai seeks a Senior Civil Supervisor to lead the Civil Specialist Team in delivering high-quality maintenance and repair services across our facilities.

You will supervise carpentry, masonry, plumbing and painting tasks, plan preventive maintenance, ensure safety and environmental standards, and provide technical guidance to optimise performance and reporting. A Diploma and 5+ years of experience are required for this full-time role.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in civil maintenance and repairs.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural/engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Civil Specialist Team to ensure efficient task execution.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor civil maintenance and repairs.
• Conduct site inspections for safety, quality, and environment compliance.
• Provide technical guidance for complex repairs and maintenance.
• Ensure civil works meet client requirements and company procedures.
• Coordinate with Facility Manager and Helpdesk for updates and planning.
• Manage tools, equipment, and material allocation to minimize downtime.
• Enforce health and safety protocols on site.
• Monitor team performance and support training and development.
• Maintain accurate records of work, materials, and time spent.
