Job summary

Khansaheb Group in Dubai is seeking a Senior Electrical Maintenance Supervisor with 8 years FM experience to coordinate tradesmen and oversee site maintenance, ensuring all activities align with project management manuals and quality standards.

You will lead daily operations, manage resources, and enforce safety protocols while maintaining strong client communication to meet specifications and timelines on complex electrical works.

Qualifications

• Electrical Engineering Diploma/ITI with 8 years’ Experience in the FM field.
• IOSH Supervising Safely or Equivalent.
• At least 4 years’ experience in a Supervisory role.
• Good Knowledge of FM services both Hard and Soft.
• Fluency in English and additional Languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations Management: ensure a consistent approach to PPM and reactive maintenance of electrical assets, testing and commissioning.
• Resource Management: manage and allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and supplies, for maintenance activities.
• Safety & Compliance: plan work assignments with a safe system of work and monitor adherence to safety standards.
• Electrical Maintenance: conduct QHSE inspections and address maintenance issues per the PPM schedule.
• Customer Satisfaction & Quality: liaise with clients to ensure works meet specifications and quality standards.
