Job summary

Khansaheb invites an experienced Senior MEP Engineer to lead heavy mechanical, electrical and plumbing installations on a large-scale commercial project in Dubai. You will coordinate directly with civil teams and external authorities to ensure seamless execution.

Responsibilities include supervising daily site installation of HVAC, firefighting, electrical and plumbing systems, coordinating with the main contractor to prepare slab sleeves and openings, raising IRs and conducting site walks with

Qualifications

• Attested Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Society of Engineers (SOE) membership required.
• 6+ years direct UAE MEP contracting experience on commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site installation of HVAC, firefighting, electrical and plumbing systems as per shop drawings.
• Coordinate with main civil contractor to ensure slab sleeves and openings are prepared before concrete pour.
• Raise Inspection Requests (IRs) and conduct site walks with lead consultant for approvals.
• Manage testing and commissioning to ensure DEWA and Dubai Civil Defence standards are met.
