Job summary

Azizi Developments is seeking an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to join our team in the UAE. The role requires reviewing MEP quantities, preparing BOQs and cost estimates, and measuring mechanical and electrical works in line with drawings and site progress.

Applicants should have 8–10 years of UAE experience, preferably in high-rise residential buildings and villas, and hold a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or Quantity Surveying.

Qualifications

• Prepare and review MEP quantities and cost estimates.
• Review BOQs and perform quantity take-offs for electrical and mechanical works.
• Measure mechanical and electrical works as per drawings and site progress.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, variations and material requirements.
