Mangaza Employment LLC OPC is seeking an experienced Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The role focuses on delivering accurate cost estimates for MEP works across multiple construction projects, closely collaborating with project teams, subcontractors and suppliers.

You will be responsible for detailed take-offs, reviewing drawings and specifications, and providing robust commercial support to ensure value and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in detailed cost estimation for MEP works on construction projects.
• Proficient in interpreting drawings, specs, and project requirements.
• Strong knowledge of material take-offs and quantity surveying for MEP scopes.

Responsabilités

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for MEP works.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Conduct material take-offs and quantity surveys.
• Analyse project requirements and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare estimation reports and commercial documentation.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers and subcontractors.
• Review MEP requirements to ensure accurate pricing and scope coverage.
• Provide technical and commercial support to project teams.
• Ensure compliance with estimation standards and procedures.
• Support cost management throughout the project lifecycle.
