Job summary

Talents Tide is seeking a seasoned Quantity Surveyor to join our growing construction team in the UAE. You will be responsible for cost management on landmark projects and work closely with project stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in quantity surveying, strong experience with high-rise, residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments, and solid knowledge of BOQs, budgeting, tendering, and FIDIC contracts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
• Experience with high-rise, residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects
• Expertise in BOQs, cost estimation, budgeting, tendering, contract administration, and cost control
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and variation management
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• UAE/GCC construction experience is highly preferred
