Job summary

Vincitore Premium Real Estate Development L.L.C. in Dubai seeks a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor with 10+ years of experience in high-rise residential projects to lead cost control and contractual activities.

You will manage pre- and post-contract QS work, prepare BOQs, evaluate subcontractor bids, monitor costs, and coordinate with design and procurement teams to ensure project profitability and compliance. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• 10+ years of MEP QS experience, including high-rise residential projects in the UAE.
• Experience in pre-contract and post-contract surveying.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-contract and post-contract MEP QS activities.
• Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and BOQs for MEP works.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations, negotiate rates, and prepare comparison statements.
• Monitor project costs, variations, claims, and change orders.
• Review and certify subcontractor and supplier payment applications.
• Prepare monthly cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and final accounts.
• Coordinate with project, design, procurement, and planning teams for cost control.
• Assess contractual entitlements and support claims.
• Ensure compliance with project specs, contracts, and company procedures.
