Job summary

Vincitore Premium Real Estate Development L.L.C. in Dubai seeks a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor with 10+ years of experience in high-rise residential projects to lead cost control and contractual activities.

You will manage pre- and post-contract QS work, prepare BOQs, evaluate subcontractor bids, monitor costs, and coordinate with design and procurement teams to ensure project profitability and compliance. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Qualifications

10+ years of MEP QS experience, including high-rise residential projects in the UAE.
Experience in pre-contract and post-contract surveying.

Responsibilities

Manage pre-contract and post-contract MEP QS activities.
Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and BOQs for MEP works.
Evaluate subcontractor quotations, negotiate rates, and prepare comparison statements.
Monitor project costs, variations, claims, and change orders.
Review and certify subcontractor and supplier payment applications.
Prepare monthly cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and final accounts.
Coordinate with project, design, procurement, and planning teams for cost control.
Assess contractual entitlements and support claims.
Ensure compliance with project specs, contracts, and company procedures.
