Azizi Development UAE is seeking an experienced MEP Construction Manager to lead MEP construction activities for large-scale real estate developments in Dubai. The role requires managing project delivery, supervising teams, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Qualifications

• 10 to 15 years of experience in MEP construction within the UAE construction sector.
• Minimum five years of leadership experience managing MEP teams on large projects.
• Strong expertise in HVAC systems, electrical LV and HV systems, plumbing networks, and firefighting systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution and coordination of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing construction activities.
• Supervise site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors for efficient project delivery.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, and method statements before implementation.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, authority regulations, and international construction standards.
• Monitor construction progress and workforce productivity to maintain project schedules.
• Oversee QA and QC inspections, system testing, and commissioning activities for MEP installations.
• Coordinate with consultants and project managers to resolve technical and commercial issues.
• Track project budgets and variations in collaboration with the quantity surveying team.
• Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress updates to senior management.
• Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental procedures.
